Tal is a journalist for renowned horror publications and a full-fledged fan of everything deep, dark and disgusting. He’s on a journey to understand why he is disturbed by gruesome imagery showcased in the news, yet thrives on blood and guts found in movies, graphic novels, and video games. Why is he obsessed with horror? Why do we need it in our culture? What happens to us when we experience it? Why is horror so polarizing?
Why Horror premieres Halloween 2014 on the Canadian television network Super Channel.
